Joss Whedon, the military, and the studios

Although I haven't updated the blog this week yet, it doesn't mean that I didn't write anything. I have made my first contribution to a website other than my own blog on
The Hooded Utilitarian. I wrote a piece for their roundtable on Joss Whedon.
The Hooded Utilitarian is, according to their "about" page:
a quasi-blog/quasi-magazine hybrid devoted to cultural criticism. We mostly focus on comics, but talk about other things whenever we feel like it, which is not infrequently. You can see my contribution
